This is a great and caring place that helps people on benefits to get care for their small animals. They were awesome with me in the past with care and when sadly my cat had to be put to sleep. They are totally self funded and receive no financing from the main rspca.

The staff are helpful, but the facilities are far too small, leading to added and unnecessary anxiety for pets and owners. The parking is a nightmare; whilst there are parking facilities right outside, the fact that the clinic is amongst a parade of shops means that it is a luck of the draw whether you will find parking. As a disabled person I have difficulty walking, but trying to cart a cat carrier from around the corner is practically impossible. If I could afford a private vet I would never use this facility.

Staff rude. They're more worried about the bill before you even see the vet. My friend had to have her pet put to sleep they wanted the money first. I understand that they do get ripped off by some people but pay on the way out??????

Very helpful and staff always pleasant sometimes can take awhile to get through on phone which is understandable as very busy

I very rarely leave poor reviews, I took my young puppy to the vets because I was concerned about something and wanted him to be seen as soon as possible. The receptionist told me he should have his own vets In the future, just because we were receiving some help towards our housing even though both my partner and I work we were made to feel like spongers. One of the employees even suggested I should take my terrier dog (even thought hes a spaniel) to obedience classes instead of the second hand jumper my daughter had become fixated with in the shop which was a pound. Hes a six month old puppy who was a bit nervous.i will never go back there again and be made to feel the way I felt when I walked out, stay clear of this place if you have any dignity. And the cheek of it Ive just received a reminder for jabs even though they told me he should have his own vets lol incredible.
