Had regular sized cod and fries. The fish was ok, 3/5 stars. I have had fresher. Batter was light and not oily.
I usually go there for take away and take my family when we crave for fish and chips. Last time Ive been, the lady who served me was so rude. I just couldnt believe the ignorant behaviour from her. Ive complained to the manager. He was nice and apologised and offered a refund. But I was too upset to accept the offer. Hope they train customer service to the workers there. Teach them how to smile when taking orders and giving service. Ill avoid going there now. Its not acceptable.
Always liked this place... some of the best fish n chips around, however the portions have been getting smaller n prices higher over the year... but all good as it always fills me n hits the spot
The worse beef burger I ever had. The beef burger has a very strong taste and smells like its off. Was just few people in and took them 20min to serve us. This is my last time visiting Jacks Fish and Chips!
I was visiting some family in England, my relative lived pretty close to this place so we passed by it often. We finally went in and got some fish and chips, shrimp scampi, and scallops. It was incredible food and was very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to the UK!
